They have finally redeemed themselves. I got a call back from a nice man, in the 404 area code, informing me that all was right in my BlackBerry world. I can once again, send and receive pictures. Hallelujah!
I was so fucking thrilled that I almost screamed into the phone. THAT’S how ridiculously long I’ve been without picture messaging. I was, however, so overjoyed that he started laughing and said he wished he were here. I’m guessing he wanted a celebratory hug or something. I would have totally given him one.

My Favorite Martian I know! Well I have the number he called from, so maybe if I’m desperate for help again I’ll call it and see who I get. I think his name was Rodney. He truly is a master of tech support. lol
Natural - I’m SO happy that it works again!! I’ve been taking pics every time I’ve been out so far.
No, it doesn’t shoot video, but that capability will become available with the next software update. Luckily I know how to update my phone’s software manually (I did it with my Pearl), so I’m excited. It’s gonna be a month or so though. I can wait… I LOVE this phone!
And I know, right? They should absolutely reimburse me for the money I gave them for a service I wasn’t able to use. I just hate dealing with them so much, I think I’ll take it as a loss. I do think I might have to call them soon though b/c I saw something on my account that looked odd. I’ll find out for sure when I micro-examine my next bill.
