Well I have the number he called from, so maybe if I'm desperate for help again I'll call it and see who I get. I think his name was Rodney. No, it doesn't shoot video, but that capability will become available with the next software update. Luckily I know how to update my phone's software manually (I did it with my Pearl), so I'm excited. It's gonna be a month or so though. I can wait... I LOVE this phone! And I know, right? They should absolutely reimburse me for the money I gave them for a service I wasn't able to use. I just hate dealing with them so much, I think I'll take it as a loss.
