Lisa Lisa - I get LOUDS sometimes too but instead of allowing them to make their poor restaurant choice MY problem, I tell them that I did not create the menu. I also feel free to tell them that I did not cook their food, nor did I make their cocktails. It amazes me that people actually blame their servers for shit they have no control over.
